The Coral Cushion is a unique shape designed to support and control positioning of the lower extremities. In a side-lying position the Coral cushion is primarily used to limit adduction and manage tone to promote hip alignment. It can also be used in the supine position to control abduction of the lower extremities for clients with both high and low tone. The Coral Cushion promotes neutral hip positioning to reduce risk of dislocation.
