  • Shipping fees for foam surfaces: $75 for 1 unit; $225 for 3 - 9 units; $350 for 10 - 15 units.
  • Shipping included for up to 4x inserts per Evolve at time of purchase.
  • Shipping fees on accessories determined at time of shipping.
  • By signing the delivery receipt, Dealers acknowledge receipt of all goods in acceptable condition, and risk transfers to the Dealer.
  • Loss or damage must be reported to the carrier within 48-hours, with evidence. All foam surface and accessory sales are final.
  • All prices in CAD.
